As an integral constituent of Wholesale Payments' organization, Americas Liquidity Solutions team is responsible for managing and evolving the strategy of our cash concentration, investment solutions and global Earnings Credit Rate (ECR) to help our clients implement a payment strategy that moves liquidity intelligently across their organizations.
In this role, you will own client experience, lead client experience initiatives, including client satisfaction and engagement across all Liquidity Solutions. You will be the subject matter expert to our partners and clients on the product set.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage P&L, rate change strategy and process, ongoing performance, and maintenance, including client experience, pricing, monitoring and change management
- Define growth and expansion strategies for LATAM, other Lines of Business (LOB) and JV
- Create and execute go-to-market plans. Partner with Sales and other client facing teams to lead com
- Understand industry trends and gather competitive intelligence partnering with Sales and global peers to identify and recommend new Liquidity opportunities and drive the strategic agenda
- Develop business cases and assist in the development of business requirements for technology initiativesmercialization, champion pipeline creation, use cases, trainings, product sales materials
- Lever on data to provide insights on portfolio trends and set action plans, including changes in rate environment and client behavior
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Relevant experience in Transactional Services, Cash or Liquidity Management (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Entrepreneurial and execution-oriented self-starter who likes to take initiative and is able to develop ideas and deliver on strategic objectives in efficient and effective ways
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrating experience of operating successfully within larger cross functional organizations
- Strong problem-solving and strategic skills.
- Solid background on presenting and communicating to senior stakeholders
- Organizational, administration and project management competencies.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Understanding of complex client requirements and adaptations of existing capabilities to meet client needs, including product solutioning, risk framework, benefit analysis
- Ability to analyze and provide strategic direction and lead implementation of performance improvement and digitization strategies, with specific focus on nimble client journey
- High focus on client needs and provide strategic direction on product development features, functionality, and overall competitiveness
