Job Title: Linux/Unix Admin
Location: Columbia, SC Partial Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Onsite and as needed
Duration: 11+ months
Hours: Core business hours are between 7am – 6pm. On-call, overtime (when approved) and some weekend work.
Required Technologies:
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Enterprise Infrastructure management experience
- Ansible Experience
- Scripting languages (i.e Bash, Perl, Yaml).
Nice To Have:
- AIX experience
- Solaris Experience
- IT Vulnerability Management
- Security and Compliance
Required Software and Other Tools:
- Strong understanding of relevant server hardware and software.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- RAID Storage experience and solid network experience related to custom server configurations.
Work Environment:
- Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree
Required Work Experience:
- 06 years of server or other job related experience
