LHH is assisting a leading mid-sized law firm in NYC in its search for a Corporate Associate. An ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 years of experience drafting and negotiating LLC agreements, JV agreements, partnership agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, private placement memoranda, corporate resolutions and typical business contracts. Experience drafting, reviewing or negotiating real estate joint venture agreements (as counsel to the developer/sponsor of a real estate project or on behalf of an investor) is desirable. This firm offers a collegial work environment, hybrid work schedule and good work/life balance (1800 billables).
Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of general corporate experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Admitted to the NY bar
