Corporate Associate – Philadelphia, PA

A well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney looking to work on sophisticated transactional matters in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters
• Handle mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and corporate documents
• Support entity formation, structuring, and governance matters
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on deal execution

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience at a law firm in corporate/transactional practice
• Strong experience in M&A, private equity, or general corporate work
• Exposure to alternative entity structures and corporate governance
• Admission to the Pennsylvania or New York Bar
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
