We are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a strong background in legal recruiting who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple searches, and working across a variety of recruiting platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and comfortable recruiting both legal staff and attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for legal staff and attorney positions
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Source and attract candidates using multiple recruiting platforms, job boards, and networking strategies
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within applicant tracking systems
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified legal candidates
  • Represent the firm professionally to candidates and clients

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in legal recruiting, recruiting legal staff, attorneys, or both
  • Demonstrated experience using multiple recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Orlando, Florida
