Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Receptionist/Intake Specialist, based in Hialeah, FL. The responsibilities include welcoming and assisting clients, answering and directing phone calls professionally, managing the intake process for potential clients, and handling the preparation and organization of legal documents. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and supporting the overall functionality of the office.

Qualifications

• Understanding of legal practices, including familiarity with legal processes and document preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Receptionist skills, including front desk duties, phone etiquette, and scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with office technology, including phone systems and productivity software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a legal or professional office setting is an advantage.
