Every lead that comes through this firm is a real person in crisis who needs guidance and a real dollar investment by the firm. You will be responsible for:Sales & Lead Conversion (Your #1 Priority) Contact every new lead the same day it comes in no exceptions Conduct warm, confident intake calls that assess the potential clients needs and urgency Communicate the firms value clearly and schedule paid initial consultations Follow up persistently with prospects who have not yet scheduled by phone, email, and text Track every lead interaction with detailed, accurate notes same day, every time Own your conversion numbers: know your lead count, your contact rate, and your close rate at all times Report lead pipeline status at weekly sales meetings you will be expected to speak to every open leadClient Intake & Administrative Support Conduct thorough initial intake: gather contact details, case background, and urgency level Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars using MyCase Prepare consultation packets and intake documentation Greet walk-in clients and manage front office professionally Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Support marketing efforts including review management and community outreach events Prepare and collect employment agreements, retainers and intake forms. We cannot train drive.You are the right fit if you: Are energized by sales and genuinely love connecting with people in challenging situations Are self-directed you dont wait to be told to follow up, you just do it Thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organized without being managed Are comfortable discussing legal services and the value of professional representation Take ownership of results if a lead goes cold, you want to know why Communicate proactively with your team and escalate issues before they become problems Have high attention to detail and document everything in real timeYou are not the right fit if you: Prefer a passive, reactive work style Need frequent reminders to follow up or complete tasks Are uncomfortable discussing fees, urgency, or asking for a commitment Avoid conflict or hesitate to make a second or third contact attemptQualificationsRequired: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Excellent verbal communication skills warm, clear, and confident on the phone Professional written communication skills for email and case notes Basic computer proficiency including email, scheduling software, and database entry Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, client-facing environment Understanding of and commitment to client confidentialityPreferred: Prior experience in sales, client services, or a professional services environment Experience in a legal office, medical office, or other high-stakes service setting Familiarity with legal terminology and the family law or probate process Experience with MyCase or similar CRM / case management software Paralegal training or courseworkCompensation & Earning PotentialBase pay is $14/hour. This role is designed for someone who earns well above base through commissions. High performers can significantly increase their total compensation.The commission structure rewards exactly the behaviors this role requires: fast follow-up, confident conversations, and consistent conversion.
