Legal Leasing Coordinator

We are currently looking for a full-time, in-house Legal Leasing Coordinator at our Corporate office in Dresher, PA to support the legal and commercial leasing departments by managing administrative tasks, overseeing third party brokers, advancing letters of intent, tracking legal documentation and critical date milestones, assisting with tenant communications, drafting basic legal documents (e.g., form lease, amendments, renewals, listing agreements), and ensuring a smooth leasing process from inquiry through occupancy. This position reports to our General Counsel and partners with the President, Real Estate Counsel and Director of Lease Administration while working closely with company property management, accounting and construction departments.

Leasing & Legal Support

• Assist with leasing activities, including responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Schedule and coordinate property tours and showings for retail and office locations with third party brokers
• Manage and track letters of intent for prospective tenants
• Prepare various lease and legal documents with oversight by counsel
• Support marketing efforts by communicating with third party brokers and in-house IT
• Follow up with prospective tenants to convert leads into leases

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate tenant records, files, reports, and databases
• Track lease expirations and renewal deadlines
• Miscellaneous administrative duties, such as mailings and filing

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants to bolster tenant relations
• Address tenant questions and direct concerns to appropriate team members in various departments

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred  
• 5+ years of experience in legal or lease administration for commercial real estate
• Experience with commercial lease agreement terminology and practices required
