Position Summary
The Legal Counsel will provide broad-based legal support across corporate, commercial, compliance, operational, and cross-border matters. This is a generalist in-house role requiring strong adaptability, sound legal judgment, and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset. This role is based in California and operates with close collaboration across international teams. Some occasional travel within the U.S. and internationally may be required.
Key Responsibiliti
es1. Provide day-to-day legal support for the company’s global business operations across multiple jurisdiction
s.2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and business agreement
s.3. Support cross-border transactions, operational initiatives, and strategic project
s.4. Assist with corporate governance and entity management for international subsidiaries and affiliated entitie
s.5. Coordinate external counsel across the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions as neede
d.6. Advise internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, compliance, and operational risk matte

Qualificat
ions1. Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD), LLM, or equivalent legal educat
ion.2. US bar admission is prefer

nce.4. Strong exposure to international or multi-jurisdictional legal matters prefer
