Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Hackensack, NJ. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting correspondence, organizing files, managing schedules, maintaining records, and providing general administrative assistance within the office environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Family Law and Legal Assistants responsibilities
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and proficiency in legal research techniques
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
  • Proven ability in Administrative Assistance, such as file organization and schedule management
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in a legal or law office setting is highly desirable
