Position Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Administration and help drive day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in keeping administrative, HR, and financial processes running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to leadership
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and HR coordination
  • Support payroll, expense tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain employee records and internal systems
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications


Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of administrative or operations experience
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling confidential information


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000, annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
