About This Role
We need a sharp, organized, dependable person to be the operational backbone of the firm. You will keep the calendar running, the files in order, the clients informed, and the attorney focused on legal work. You do not need a law degree. You need to be detail-oriented, good on the phone, fast with technology, and someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time.
This role starts at the administrative level and is intentionally designed to grow. As you master the fundamentals and develop familiarity with the firm's clients and workflows, you will take on expanding responsibility in client communication and case coordination — moving into the full Client Services Coordinator role. That is a real promotion with real expanded duties, not a title change.
The hours are 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No early mornings.
