Leasing Analyst

As a Leasing Analyst, you will provide general support for the Belmont Park Village Leasing team with a primary focus on data management, reporting, financial analysis, and cross‑functional coordination. You will ensure that leasing information flows accurately and efficiently across departments and stakeholders.

What you will be doing

Leasing Data & Reporting

• Maintaining a leasing tracker, including brand lists, forecasts, and site visit logs.
• Writing a weekly leasing recap and distributing it to the executives and the global leasing team.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date selling tools and distributing them as needed.
• Preparing quarterly board documents and supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with investor‑relations materials.
• Preparing executive‑level brand briefings.

Financial & Strategic Analysis

• Running financial analysis on contract terms and proposals.
• Leading the agenda and documentation for internal brand negotiations.
• Modelling long‑term leasing activity to support revenue forecasting.
• Drafting letters of intent (LOIs).

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Organizing internal meetings, including agenda setting and action‑item tracking.
• Organizing invites and logistics for brand tours on-site and uploading meeting summaries to Salesforce.
• Serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
• Leveraging automated systems and clean data to support deal underwriting, financial modelling, and negotiation strategy.
• Designing and deploying AI‑driven systems that automate the tracking, reporting, and distribution of leasing information across the organization.
• Supporting high‑level meetings and site tours.

• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations is a plus.
• Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible approach, and the ability to work well with others across all levels of the business.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy in record-keeping and data entry, and a discerning eye for detail.
• Demonstrated innovation and commitment to continuous improvement to raise the bar.
