Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Technician. The Lead Technician will oversee and assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage security, surveillance, and audio-visual systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, ensuring compliance with project specifications, managing on-site operations, and providing technical expertise to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Access Control, Camera Surveillance, and Intrusion Alarm Systems installation and maintenance is valuable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage on-site operations
• Ability to read site plans and drawings
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for commercial low-voltage systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in the security or commercial low-voltage industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)
