These are complex, high-impact environments where engineering decisions actually matter.

- Work directly with clients and help win and shape projects
- Be part of a profit center where your success directly impacts your team
- Collaborate across a national platform with top-tier multidisciplinary teams

What they’re looking for
- PE Licensed Structural Engineer
- Strong experience on large/complex projects (data centers, industrial, or similar)
- Ability to balance technical delivery + leadership + client interaction
- Someone who wants to build, not just maintain
What’s in it for you
- Salary up to ~$170K (depending on level)
- Employee ownership – real stake in the business
- Hybrid working
- Clear path to office leadership and beyond
- A company that feels entrepreneurial, not corporate
The culture
Despite being 5,000+ people strong, the business operates with a “boutique feel”:
- High autonomy
- Strong collaboration across teams
- Leadership that rewards performance directly
- A genuine focus on people and long-term growth
