Lead Development Specialist

Location: Indianapolis – Onsite

Pay: $18 - 20/hr (fulltime position)

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients via outbound calls using prepared messaging to generate qualified appointments with senior lending professionals.
  • Educate prospective business owners on financing options and the potential impact of capital on business growth.
  • Spend approximately 90% of activity in outbound-focused, incoming calls and written correspondence.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently following completion of training.
  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure appointments are accurately documented, tracked, and maintained in real time.
  • Maintain CRM/database accuracy through consistent data entry, verification, and updates.
  • Uphold service quality standards in all client interactions.
  • Support broader team goals by contributing to shared outcomes as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in an outbound call center or business development environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and conversion goals.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with solid analytical and problem-solving skills abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional business experience.
  • Proficiency in standard business software and CRM tools.
