You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking).
  • Research target accounts and key decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Generate and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Engage with inbound leads and assess their fit based on defined qualification criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to nurture interest and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and events.
  • Understand company products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to prospects.
  • Identify customer needs, challenges, and buying signals during discovery conversations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities, meetings, and pipeline generation.
  • Track and report outreach metrics, conversion rates, and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to create future sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to help improve products, messaging, and marketing initiatives.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 1+ years' of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
