We are actively seeking a Lead Audio Visual (AV) Technician with 5+ years of experience in commercial AV installations to join our growing field te
am.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled AV Installer / Low Voltage Technician / AV Systems Specialist with experience in permanent commercial installations such

Important: This role is strictly for commercial AV installation. No live events, broadcast, or studio production experience will be consid
ered.
Key Responsibi
lities• Lead and supervise a team of AV Technicians / Low Voltage Installers on commercial job
sites• Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio visual systems, including displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, cameras, and control s
ystems• Manage low voltage cabling installations (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics, coaxial, control wiring)• Perform cable termination (crimping, soldering, spl
icing)• Build and install equipment racks and AV infrastr
ucture• Interpret and execute based on construction drawings, AV schematics, blueprints, and wiring di
agrams• Conduct AV system testing, quality control, and commiss
ioning• Troubleshoot AV systems, control systems, and network-related
issues• Maintain project timelines, inventory, and installation st
anards• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and internal
teams• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA safety sta
ndards
Required Qualifi
cations• 5+ years of commercial AV installation experience
(MUST)• Strong background in low voltage systems, structured cabling, and AV inte
gration
