Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist
Job Description
This role focuses on setting up and operating a Doosan Puma 2100SY II twin‑spindle CNC lathe with live tooling and Fanuc controls in a custom, in‑house manufacturing environment. You will produce small‑volume, repeatable, engineered parts from various metals, maintain tight tolerances, and gradually take on CNC programming responsibilities using Mastercam.

Work Environment
The role is based in a custom, in‑house manufacturing facility that focuses on repeatable, engineered parts rather than walk‑in job‑shop work. The shop is extremely clean, organized, and notably quiet for a machine shop environment. Quality and accuracy take priority over sheer output, so you are not pressured to produce a high volume of parts at the expense of doing the job right. The team emphasizes process control, continuous improvement, and open communication, with floor-level employees and managers aligned on goals and expectations. You will work with modern CNC equipment, including a Doosan Puma 2100SY II with twin spindles and live tooling, controlled by Fanuc, and will use tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CAM software like Mastercam in your day-to-day work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
