Job Title: CNC Machinist $23-28/hr

Job Description

This role is a hands-on CNC machining position in a small, tight-knit machine shop that produces a variety of precision components. You will operate a CNC Lathe and/or Mill performing your own setups, teardowns, offsets, and tool changes. Must have previous machining experience and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC mills and lathes in a production environment to manufacture various precision components.
  • Perform machine offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy.
  • Run ongoing production work, monitoring machines and parts to ensure consistent output.
  • Change and maintain tooling to support efficient and continuous machining operations.
  • Inspect parts during production to verify they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot basic machining issues and make appropriate adjustments to minimize downtime.
  • Work productively with light supervision, managing your own workflow and priorities.
  • Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
