Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Landscape Crew Member based in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you’ll contribute to a variety of landscape installation and enhancement projects, including planting, mulching, sod installation, pruning, and the safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment.

You’ll work closely with a team to deliver high-quality results across lawn care and landscape maintenance services, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires working outdoors in a range of weather conditions and supporting team efforts to meet project goals on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, including planting, pruning, and mulching.
• Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment such as trimmers and blowers.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with crew members.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
