We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our laboratory team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment where you'll support our compounding operations and ensure our high standards are maintained. What You'll Do

  • Retrieve and prepare clean containers for batch compounding operations.
  • Move barrels between scales, mixers, bottling room, and warehouse using barrel jacks.
  • Fill flavors and ingredients into secondary containers for compounders with accurate labeling.
  • Retrieve and organize flavors for laboratory compounders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized laboratory and sink area.
  • Assist lab personnel with sampling and proper labeling procedures.
  • Work on special projects under the supervision of compounders or laboratory manager.
  • Promote teamwork and cooperation among laboratory staff.
  • Follow all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support daily operations to meet or exceed batch production targets.


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy in labeling, measuring, and documentation.
  • Strong work ethic with willingness to go above and beyond.

  • Willingness to work over 40 hours per week when needed.
  • Reliable and punctual with commitment to meeting production goals.


Preferred

  • Previous experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish.
  • Experience with material handling equipment.
  • Basic understanding of laboratory safety and GMP standards.


Compensation

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour


Physical Capacity

This is an active, on-site role that requires regular physical activity throughout the shift. The Lab Technician must be able to stand and walk regularly, lift and carry up to 60 pounds daily, and climb small ladders as needed. The work environment is fast-paced and busy with changing project deadlines. The laboratory may include exposure to moderate noise levels, temperature variations, and airborne particulates related to flavor, fragrance, or powdered product formulations.
