Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Labor Associate Attorney to join the team at one of the largest U.S. employment law firms. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-5+ years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.
This is a fulltime and hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) position at the law firms office in Portland, Oregon.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience
- Drafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documents
- Defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board
- Provide legal advice and representation to various clients
- Research legal issues prepare and file briefs, motions, and other necessary judicial pleadings. .
- Participate in case management including strategy development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active license to practice law in Oregon
- Minimum 2-5+ of experience in traditional labor
