eKey Responsibilitie

• sPerform rack and stack activities for servers, storage, and network equipmen
• tInstall, relocate, and decommission hardware in the data cente
• rTroubleshoot server hardware issues and perform break-fix suppor
• tInstall and manage fiber and copper cablin
• gPerform firmware upgrades and hardware maintenanc
• eSupport network teams with connectivity, port changes, optics replacement, and hardware upgrade
• sMaintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and change record
• sCoordinate hardware replacements, warranty returns, and preventative maintenance activitie

sRequired Experienc

• e4–5 years of Data Center Technician experienc
• eHands-on rack & stack experienc
• eServer troubleshooting and break-fix suppor
• tFiber and copper cabling experienc
• eFirmware updates and hardware maintenanc
• eBasic networking knowledge (IP addressing and connectivity troubleshooting
• )Strong documentation and organizational skill

sPreferred Experienc

• eEnterprise or hyperscale data center environment
