Knowledge Systems Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Knowledge Management Specialist to support, administer, and enhance enterprise collaboration and knowledge management platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and related collaboration technologies, ensuring efficient information management, governance, security compliance, and user adoption across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience with SharePoint site administration, governance, permissions management, and content management.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks, including NIST, DISA STIGs, DoD, and federal compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and training abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
• Knowledge of knowledge management principles and enterprise collaboration strategies.
• Familiarity with records management, information governance, and compliance programs.
