Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of EDI experience
• Strong understanding of EDI file formats (835, 837, 210)
• Experience with healthcare claims processing
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Strong database and SQL experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• IBM WebSphere (WTX) experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain healthcare claims processing systems
• Review and document EDI transaction processes
• Work closely with development, business, and functional teams
• Troubleshoot EDI claim processing and transmission issues
• Support provider and clearinghouse onboarding
• Create technical specifications and assist with testing activities
• Provide production support for EDI claim transactions
