Job Title: Junior Marketing Specialist

Location: Austin TX, onsite

Duration: 12 Months


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the day-to-day engagement with Dell Alliance and Dell cross functional teams on marketing plans, operations and activations.

o Collaborate and maintain annual marketing investment plan between us and Dell.

o Manage and track OEM budgets, ensuring funding guidelines stipulated under the contract and terms are executed accordingly.

o Create, update and track Dell funding via spend analysis.

o Work effectively with Dell alliances for process optimizations, troubleshooting, and updates.

• Define, develop and maintain processes for reviewing marketing plans alongside Dell leads for Commercial and Consumer, tracking the plans in alignment to segment priorities, funding guidelines and compliance.

o Marketing Programs - Be a subject matter expert providing marketing and solutions support for both internal and external marketing programs. Maintain a dashboard of activities and manage marketing funds.

o Competitive Landscape – build and maintain competitive marketing landscape overview for use in aligning Marketing plan and investment focus.

o Awareness – while developing programs, marketing, and content, continually focus on awareness of our brand while driving customer acquisitions.

o Drive disciplined tracking of regional execution with KPIs tied to measurable marketing-funded outcomes

o Maintain quarterly Hero Programs initiative, including nominations, tracking, KPI reporting and rollout to internal and external stakeholders.

• Setup, negotiation and implementation of program operation processes in alignment with Dell’s Operation Process Work with internal teams across OEM Marketing, Legal, Finance, Marketing Ops, Sales to drive over-all marketing partner efficiency

• Put together all Dell led sales enablement and marketing assets for both Commercial and Consumer for internal roll out and amplification

o Tracking and reporting on Dell led assets with Dell Stakeholders.

o Partner with sales teams to determine specific pain points and needs which can then be addressed with Dell and us

• Timeline Management: Define, create and maintain project timelines ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule

o Develop comprehensive global calendar capturing key events, product launches, and major milestones to enable alignment and proactive planning across all stakeholders.

• Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations

• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues as they arise

• Create strong links and relationships between across our cross functional teams


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Self-motivated and prepared to jump in and lead

• Polished executive communication; ability to communicate optimally with all levels of the organization and dedication to meet customer satisfaction and our business objectives

• A proven track record of keeping projects on schedule

• Strong background in business planning, project management and marketing fundamentals (Budget and contract management experience)

• A strong and in depth understanding of OEM marketing and sales structure and their ways of operations

• Ability to meet challenging timelines

• Creative problem solving and accountability

• Attention to detail, Sharp, responsible, and highly organized

• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively


ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
