We are seeking a junior-level Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a growing practice in North Carolina. This role will support a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
  • Support closings and coordinate with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel
  • Provide general transactional support on commercial real estate matters

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of commercial real estate or related transactional experience
  • Active North Carolina law license (required)
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
