Litigation Associate – Plaintiff-Side Employment (NYC)

We are working with a well-established plaintiff-side employment law firm in Lower Manhattan seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing team.
The firm focuses on discrimination, harassment, and workplace misconduct cases, representing individuals in high-impact, client-facing litigation.

The Role
- Handle a variety of plaintiff-side employment matters, including:
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Retaliation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and litigation strategy
- Work directly with clients and contribute to case development
Qualifications
- NY Bar admission (in good standing) required
- 1–5 years of civil litigation experience preferred (open to strong junior candidates)
- Interest in plaintiff-side / advocacy-driven work
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment (5 days/week)
