Jewelry Designer – 3D, Full-time
Lashbrook is the industry leading manufacturer of men’s wedding bands. Our team of designers, innovators, technicians, artists, and customer service professionals are dedicated to providing amazing rings and a great customer experience. We are looking for a full-time 3D Jewelry Designer that is self-motivated and takes pride in producing excellent work.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Matrix, Rhino, or other 3D CAD program, preferably jewelry focused
- Familiarity with 3D Sculpting platforms like Zbrush or Nomad Sculpt, preferably jewelry focused
- Familiarity with a vector-based graphics program like CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator
- 3D Printing experience
- Artistic eye and creative mind
- Serious attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Jewelry making experience a definite plus
Duties
- Programming solid models of jewelry for wax printing
- Design and development of laser carving patterns
- Creating renders of custom rings to send to customers
- Printing waxes and cleaning them in preparation for casting
- Collaborating with customer service team on custom designs
- Operation and maintenance of printing and cutting equipment
- Other creative and administrative tasks, as assigned
