Watch Designer – Women’s / Feminine Collections

Location: Paramus, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days/week)

Salary: $65K–$80K (flexible for exceptional candidates)

About the Role

Join a leading global watch group to design women’s watch collections that are innovative, fashion-forward, and commercially impactful. You’ll work closely with senior design leadership to create concepts that reflect the brand’s feminine aesthetic and meet quality, cost, and line plan standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D watch designs in line with seasonal concepts and brand DNA.
• Create spec packs, present designs, and collaborate with merchandising, product development, and marketing teams.
• Uphold design integrity, ensure timely delivery, and maintain a strong feminine aesthetic across collections.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Alias) to produce professional outputs.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–7 years of women’s watch design experience (exceptional jewelry designers may be considered).
• Strong sketching, rendering, and technical watch knowledge.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D design software.
• Fashion-forward with commercial sensibility.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
