JPMorgan Wealth Management wants you as a Multi-Media Content Developer! You will be responsible for designing instructional content for J.P. Morgan Advisors, with the goal of ensuring Wealth Partners and support staff can deliver an outstanding service to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Field Support, front office partners and key stakeholders to identify training content needs. Work closely with legal, risk, and compliance to ensure alignment with policy and procedures. Partner with Tech & Product owners on timely communications.
  • Serve as a day-to-day training resource to the front office around J. P. Advisors procedures, systems, and best practices. Engage the front office on new tech platform and adoption and work closely with the field support team to manage and troubleshoot pain points
  • Create content and design curriculum to engage learners and promote understanding including Exercise and activities that enhance the learning process. Create training material/media (audio, video, simulations etc.)
  • Create criteria to judge learner's performance. Collaborate with key stakeholders on training content, Analysis of source documents, data sets, or other sources to develop training content
  • Plan virtual instructor-led programs as well as eLearning programs. Maintain collateral (online repository of guides, one-pagers, FAQs, videos, etc.)
  • Design, edit and create exciting and thought-provoking newsletters and email communications designed to increase understanding of new processes and technology platforms
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects if needed, promote a positive, inclusive, and diverse work environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Adaptable, flexible, and willing to work in dynamic work environment
  • Website/HTML knowledge required, highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel,
  • Demonstrate use of analytical skills in a training organization, ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization, and proven ability to work independently and completely handle multiple responsibilities with high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Ability to take the lead in unstructured situations and ensure an optimal experience, and ability to get up to speed quickly with new or unfamiliar subject matter
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi-task; Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Instructional design experience in a training organization preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically, if needed
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), proficient in Camtasia, Captivate and/or Storyline and knowledge of Vyond software a plus
  • A self-starter who possesses ability to successfully operate with limited guidance
