J.P. Morgan Wealth Management wants YOU as a Multi-Media Content Developer! You will be responsible for designing instructional content for J.P. Morgan Advisors, with the goal of ensuring Wealth Partners and support staff can deliver an outstanding service to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Field Support, front office partners and key stakeholders to identify training content needs. Serve as a day-to-day training resource to the front office around J.P.Morgan Advisors procedures, systems, and best practices
  • Create content and design curriculum to engage learners and promote understanding including: Exercise and activities that enhance the learning process. Create training material/media (audio, video, simulations etc.). Create criteria to judge learner's performance. Collaborate with key stakeholders on training content, Analysis of source documents, data sets, or other sources to develop training content
  • Plan and execute classroom and virtual instructor-led programs as well as eLearning programs; work closely with legal, risk, and compliance to ensure alignment with policy and procedures
  • May be asked to deliver training sessions nationally (virtual and onsite), may be asked to facilitate training as needed for new Advisors and Advisor Support, and asked to perform periodic training for Branch Management teams to maintain business knowledge
  • Engage the front office on new tech platform and adoption, work closely with the field support team to manage and troubleshoot issues, support recruiting efforts through technology demos
  • Maintain collateral (Online repository of guides, one-pagers, FAQs, videos, etc.), partner with Tech & Product on communication
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects if needed, promote a positive, inclusive and diverse work environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in dynamic work environment
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Demonstrate use of analytical skills in a training organization, ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization, and proven ability to work independently and completely handle multiple responsibilities with high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Ability to take the lead in unstructured situations and ensure an optimal experience, and ability to get up to speed quickly with new or unfamiliar subject matter
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi-task; Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Instructional design experience in a training organization preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically, if needed
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, proficient in Camtasia, Captivate and/or Storyline and knowledge of Vyond software a plus, Website/HTML knowledge a plus
  • A self-starter who possesses ability to successfully operate with limited guidance
