About The Role:
CBRE’s Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions group is seeking an Investment Reporting Analyst who will provide monthly and quarterly investment reporting assistance to the team.
This job is part of the Investment Consulting job function. They are responsible for providing strategic advice and direct implementation for real asset investors.
What You'll Do:
· Maintain and update investor static data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency (legal entity details, contacts, banking instructions, tax status, etc.).
· Coordinate and manage KYC / AML onboarding and refresh processes in collaboration with Compliance, Fund Administration, and external service providers.
· Review and interpret subscription documents, capital commitment agreements, side letters, operating agreements, and other investor legal documentation to ensure proper setup and ongoing servicing.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for investor-related operational inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
· Support investor onboarding for new funds, closings, transfers, and amendments, ensuring documentation completeness and regulatory compliance.
· Prepare, review, and distribute Investor NAV Statements, ensuring alignment with fund accounting records.
· Coordinate with Fund Accounting to process and reconcile capital activity, including: Subscriptions and capital calls, redemptions and withdrawals, and distributions and return of capital.
· Oversee NAV statement preparation and distribution, including posting to investor portals where applicable.
· Perform detailed reviews of investor-facing statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with governing documents.
· Ensure investor servicing processes and procedures are appropriately documented, maintained, and consistently followed.
· Participate in system initiatives (including Yardi or similar platforms) to streamline and automate investor servicing, onboarding, and reporting workflows.
· Assist with investor data validation, audits, and due diligence requests, as required.
· Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce operational risk, and improve the overall investor experience through process and system enhancements.
· Support ad hoc investor-related analyses or requests as needed.

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience in investor services, fund accounting, fund administration, or public accounting. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
· Strong understanding of private fund structures, investor capital activity, and NAV reporting.
· Experience reviewing subscription agreements and investor legal documentation.
· Familiarity with KYC/AML requirements and coordination with compliance teams.
· Experience with Yardi / Workiva /Investor reporting systems strongly preferred.
· Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
· Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
· Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with clients and cross‑functional teams.
· Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to perform moderately complex financial calculations such as percentages, fractions, and related numerical analyses.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
