Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a private equity–backed organization in a hands-on role focused on financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple business segments. This position works closely with senior leadership to provide clear, actionable financial insight that supports decision-making and accountability.
Job Duties:
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for one or more business units
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze trends, risks, and opportunities
- Track and report on key performance indicators including revenue, cost drivers, profitability, and efficiency metrics
- Prepare recurring reporting packages and ad hoc analyses for executive leadership and investors
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand business drivers and provide financial insight
- Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives to improve data quality and efficiency
- Assist with materials for board-level or investor-facing presentations as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong Excel skills with experience building and interpreting financial models
- Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
