Investor Relations Specialist

Hedge Fund in New York City is seeking an Investor Relations Associate for a full-time position!

Responsibilities:

• Support business development efforts through market research and outreach initiatives
• Manage and track the sales pipeline to drive new investor opportunities
• Delivering clear, accurate, and timely updates to prevent speculation and misinformation.
• Aligning communication with corporate leadership to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Offer insights into company performance, upcoming initiatives, and long-term goals.
• Assist in the creation of investor presentations and marketing materials
• Keeps institutional investors updated on financial performance and corporate developments.
• Respond to client inbound inquiries and maintain strong investor relationships
• Partner with internal teams to support operational and trading-related processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years experience in Investor Relations at a top-tier firm
• Strong Excel skills
