You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 4–6+ years of experience within alternative investments, private equity, hedge funds, or asset management
- Have direct experience supporting capital calls, distributions, reconciliations, and investor reporting workflows
- Are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets, formulas, reconciliations, and reporting processes
- Have extensive CRM experience; Backstop experience is strongly preferred
- Are detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized
- Can manage high volumes of requests and operational workflows without sacrificing accuracy
- Are comfortable in a heads-down, execution-focused role supporting critical investor operations processes
- Have experience working with investor portals such as Intralinks
- Enjoy improving workflows, systems, and operational processes
- Have exposure to automation tools, AI workflows, or process improvement initiatives (preferred)
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Backstop CRM, including data integrity, reporting, updates, reconciliations, and workflow management
- Maintain investor records, reporting documentation, and permissions within investor portals including Intralinks
- Support capital call and distribution processes, including notices, cash tracking, wire review, and reconciliations
- Assist with monthly and quarterly investor reporting deliverables
- Respond to investor operational inquiries related to balances, fees/expenses, reporting, and historical activity
- Coordinate recurring compliance and regulatory reporting workflows including Blue Sky, Form D, ERISA, and related filings
- Manage investor audit confirmation processes in partnership with internal teams and administrators
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
