Lighthouse is currently seeking an Investor Relations Associate specializing in brand and marketing content in either its Palm Beach Gardens, Florida or New York, NY office. The individual in this role should have 2–5 years of experience in a relevant field. The position will report to the Director of Brand and Marketing Content within the Investor Relations Department. Responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining marketing materials and online portals for investment products and services
  • Updating and creating data visualizations (e.g., charts and graphs) for presentations
  • Collaborating with internal team members to gather insights and data for marketing materials and investor communications
  • Coordinating the distribution of marketing materials, including print and delivery logistics
  • Supporting brand consistency across all content and communications
  • Supporting regulatory requirements including documentation, disclaimer libraries, and recordkeeping


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (strong academic record preferred)
  • 2–5 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • High degree of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Quick and eager learner with a high level of self-motivation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within a team
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate internally and follow-up on requests
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with financial and statistical formulas
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to process data sets into consumable information
  • High integrity and respect for confidentiality
  • New York salary range: $95,000 - $120,000
