Investment Performance Reporting Analyst

A NY-based asset manager is seeking an Investment Performance Reporting Associate with hands-on CLO experience and strong bond math expertise. The primary responsibility is to monitor the performance of a diverse portfolio of complex investments and deliver accurate, timely reporting across structured credit portfolios, including CLOs, private credit, and leveraged loans. This role reports to the Managing Director of Investment Operations and partners closely with portfolio management, operations, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor portfolio performance and deliver timely, accurate reporting for CLOs and structured credit investments
• Analyze cash flows, tranche structures, and key performance drivers
• Apply bond math (yield, duration, spreads) to support valuation and reporting
• Ensure data integrity across systems; drive automation and process improvements
• Partner with front office and risk teams on transaction booking and ongoing surveillance
• Manage fee invoicing across funds

Qualifications

• (Required):2+ years of hands-on CLO experience
• Strong bond math / fixed income analytics foundation
• Experience with structured credit (CLOs, private credit, leveraged loans, real estate)
• Advanced Excel; data/programming skills a plus
