Investment Banking Associate

A boutique, middle-market firm in Richmond, VA is seeking experienced Analysts or Associates to join their growing M&A deal team.

As an Analyst or Associate be prepared to:

• Prepare marketing documents, pitch materials, confidential information memoranda, board presentations, and management presentations.
• Create valuation analysis, including comparable companies, comparable transactions, and discounted cash flows.
• Conduct financial due diligence and industry research.
• Create detailed operating financial models.
• Support senior bankers in their relationship management responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Four-year degree with advanced degree or financial certifications not required, but preferred
• Minimum 1+ years, 3+ for Associates, of relevant investment banking experience (middle market is important)
• Current FINRA Series 79 Representative – preferred
• Solid personal reputation, exceptional work ethic and professional integrity
