The� International Brand Experience� Manager� drives� category and� brand� growth initiatives,� consumer� strategy� and� integrated marketing� communications� for� Buffalo Wild Wings� &� Arby's� outside the US.� Day-to-day responsibilities� driving� brand experience for these� two� brands� include� supporting� strategic cross-functional projects,� category strategy,� creative resource� development� and� strategic� frameworks to support field marketing� execution.� Projects and support activities in this role� are intended to ensure international� franchisees� are making a meaningful impact with� consumers� and driving topline sales, while also ensuring consistency in brand voice across marketing channels and brand extensions. Success in this role requires developing and� maintaining� strong relationships with key� internal� stakeholders (International marketing team, regional teams, supply chain, operations,� finance, and US brands teams) and� fostering external collaboration� (franchisees, vendors, agencies). This role demands an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented at the core, but also skilled at� partnering with cross-functional groups to� work together to� find solutions for complex projects.� This position interacts� frequently� with senior management to provide recommendations and guidance� to support and grow� the overall Inspire International business.� �
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages� global consumer and category strategy to support core/flex menu management, product innovation,� and� marketing calendar development.�
Manages� briefing, production and� developmnet� of International creative resources, including agency relationships,� brand� campaigns,� photo shoots, global support tools, and creative library management�
Develop innovative global media strategies to enable market-level execution and build relevancy to connect further with Gen-Z.�
Support business development and new market launch teams with brand-led support� strategy� to ensure successful international market growth�
Oversee� strategic brand initiatives� and day-to-day support of field marketing to ensure successful implementation of brand strategy, regional� calendars� and� creative resources�
Supports� with ad hoc projects, presentations, and reports� for� the� Director, International Brand Experience and Vice President, International Marketing�
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Required:� Bachelor's degree in marketing / business
Preferred:� A Master's Degree in marketing / business
Minimum 5 years marketing experience required�
Restaurant industry relevant experience preferred�
International experience preferred� �
