International Brand Marketing Manager

The Manager, International Brand Marketing leads development of marketing roadmaps, brand playbooks and global content production for the Arby’s & Buffalo Wild Wings brands outside the US. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing innovation processes, agency briefings, production timelines, creative resources, budgets and implementation frameworks in support of our field marketing team. Ultimately these efforts support our international franchisees, licensees and joint venture partners in making impact with consumers, while also ensuring consistency in brand voice across all marketing channels and brand extensions. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (International marketing team, regional field teams, commercial services, supply chain, operations training, finance) and partners (licensees, franchisees, vendors). This role demands an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented at the core, but also skilled at articulating big picture strategy and building strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. As a member of the International Brand Marketing team, this individual will have the opportunity and responsibility to share best practices and elevate the collective skillset of the team in partnership with peers managing brand marketing for other brands in the Inspire portfolio.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee projects and day-to-day support of field marketing and franchisees to ensure successful implementation of brand strategy and marketing roadmaps

  • Lead development of annual marketing roadmaps inclusive of brand campaigns and food & beverage product rollouts

  • Drive innovation, menu and product development processes, facilitating planning meetings with the cross-functional support team

  • Lead briefing, production and syndication of International creative resources, including agency relationships, photo shoots, creating global support tools, and creative library management

  • Manage marketing budget including AOP planning, monthly status reports and accruals

  • Assists with ad hoc projects, presentations, and reports to support the Director, International Marketing and Vice President, International Marketing

  • Other Duties as Assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: 4 year degree

  • Preferred: Master’s Marketing/Business

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience required

  • Restaurant industry relevant experience preferred

  • International experience required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Experience with product development, innovation planning, calendar and creative resources management

  • Strong analytical, organizational and written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to work and lead collaboration across a wide variety of work styles and personalities in a cross-functional team environment

  • Ability to communicate at all levels to build relationships and enhance partnerships, both internal and external
