The internship program will run from Monday, June 1, through Wednesday, August 5. Interns must be available to participate for the full duration of the program. We are hiring for 2 openings, one based out of Austin Headquarters and one based out of our Phoenix Corporate office. This program requires in office presence 5 days a week.

- Shadows department leaders in all areas of Marketing, to include Property Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Creative Services, Social Media, Reputation, and Digital Marketing - Completes department-specific weekly assignments and projects to gain a better understanding of the various efforts and levels of support provided within cross-functional teams, all working under the umbrella of the Marketing department - Participates in learning activities through team meetings, conducting market research, participating in performance evaluations, and observing the Operations function as it relates to marketing support, which provides an overview of department roles and responsibilities - Attends internship meetings hosted by the Internship Liaison and corporate executive team - Participates in company-wide projects and meetings to include: Townhall calls, RPM Serves community service activities, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives - Completes a final program assessment/evaluation with the Marketing Leadership - Performs other duties as assigned
