Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney

Senior Patent Litigation Associate/Attorney - San Francisco

Our client is an Am law 100 firm seeking a senior associate or attorney for its IP Litigation Practice in San Francisco. This role can be either partner or non-partner track. The salary for this position is between $160k to $375k.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of patent litigation experience at the U.S. District Court and the International Trade Commission.
• Experience in trials, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management.
• Trademark litigation experience or a demonstrated interest in trademark litigation is a plus, though not required.
• The firm is open to any technology background.
• Outstanding writing and interpersonal skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
