JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Client Service Associate, you will support and manage ongoing servicing needs for assigned commercial clients, ensuring timely, accurate policy updates and a high level of client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams, carriers, and clients to handle policy changes, documentation, billing support, and claims coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests for policy changes, endorsements, and coverage updates
- Process endorsements directly with carriers or escalate complex changes and new lines of business for quoting
- Track, follow up on, and deliver completed endorsements to clients
- Handle client-initiated cancellations and coordinate required internal steps
- Prepare, coordinate, and deliver Proofs of Insurance and Certificates
- Assist with claims coordination and escalate claims matters as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Strong understanding of commercial coverages and policy structure
- Ability to analyze coverage needs and support guaranteed-cost program designs
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency with EPIC preferred and other carrier websites
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience working in a high-volume brokerage or agency environment
- Familiarity with additional platforms such as CSR24 or Indio
- Prior experience supporting account strategy or renewal planning
- College degree (preferred, not required)
