The Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of commercial insurance experience
Insurance brokerage experience
Sales and account management
Active Property & Casualty License
Active Life & Health License
Knowledge of applying policies, procedures, and regulations
MS Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
The Position:
Ensure clients feel valued and offer a trusted customer service
Extremely knowledgeable about all product lines and cross-selling
Respond to inquiries about insurance coverage, costs, and account details to meet service goals.
Work well with internal departments and external partners to process applications
Address and resolve service challenges across all business lines, ensuring a strategic action plan is implemented
