Overview
- You will design and develop engaging learning solutions that help employees build skills and perform effectively in their roles. This includes creating eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and multimedia-based learning content.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand learning needs, design solutions, and manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs and gap analysis
- Design and develop eLearning, ILT, and blended learning content
- Build interactive training using multimedia (video, graphics, audio)
- Work with LMS and learning technologies
- Manage learning projects through full lifecycle (planning to delivery)
- Measure training effectiveness and improve learning solutions
- Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders
Required:
- 2+ years experience in Instructional Design / Learning & Development
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
- Experience working with LMS or learning platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to design engaging and user-friendly learning content
Nice to Have
- Experience with UX/design thinking in learning
- Knowledge of multimedia tools (video, graphics)
- Project management experience in L&D projects
