Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative at Partstat, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with businesses to provide tailored inventory supply chain solutions. You will work with a dynamic team to identify and convert sales opportunities within a B2B environment, focusing on building and nurturing long-term client relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify potential clients through research and networking.
  • Initiate and develop relationships with key decision-makers.


  • Sales Process Management:

  • Present and demonstrate Partstat’s inventory supply chain solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.


  • Client Relationship Building:
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.


  • Sales Targets and Performance:
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report sales activities and results using CRM systems.


  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the marketing and service teams to align on strategies and share insights.
  • Participate in team meetings to identify opportunities for improvement.
