The CSR will work closely with internal groups, Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Dealers, and Customers from quotes to delivery of products.
The duties will include but not limited to creating quote files for our Inside Sales Engineers (Client), confirmation calls to RSM's and Customers, verification and confirmation of required documents, verifying and entering information into our system & customer's, create part numbers in MRP system, create documents for customer use, work with accounting to resolve credit/invoice issues, setting up new customers, and track shipments.
