ZimZee Recruiting is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support a global aviation customer base by managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for general, business, and commercial aviation customers and plays an important part in delivering accurate order processing, pricing guidance, and responsive account support in a fast-paced aerospace environment.


Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in aviation sales support, customer support, or inside sales within the aerospace industry. Industry experience isn’t required, but preferred.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to support global aviation customers
  • Experience processing and managing orders for products and/or maintenance services
  • Proficiency using CRM and ERP systems to document customer activity and manage workflows
  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a high-volume phone and email environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional support
  • Receive, enter, and manage customer orders for both new product purchases and maintenance services within ERP systems
  • Provide customers with accurate pricing, order status updates, and lead-time information
  • Partner with internal departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve account-related issues
  • Support sales initiatives and participate in marketing and campaign-related outreach activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions in CRM/ERP platforms
